A year ago if you had asked me what Robosigning was, I would have assumed it was how Robocop endorsed a check. But that was before I started doing freelance proofreading for Houston-based Holmes & Galt, a “securitization & forensic analysis research company” which basically means they help out homeowners who may have had their mortgages illegally sold a few years back during the housing and bank collapse. It was a steep learning curve at first, but i’m nearing my one-year anniversary reviewing their audits and affidavits.
